PTA

The PTA shear beam load cell, built in nickel-plated steel, has excellent precision, linearity and creep characteristics and has been designed for weighing tanks, hoppers, belts, platforms, single-cell systems, suspended loads and automatic packaging machines. The PTA cell is resistant to lateral loads exceeding 50% of the Rated Capacity and is supplied with a 4-conductor shielded cable 4 meters long (0.5 - 2 t) or 6 meters (3 - 5 t). The PTA bidirectional load cell is suitable for tension and compression industrial applications.

PTS

The PTS shear beam load cell, made of stainless steel, has excellent precision and linearity and it is resistant to lateral loads exceeding 50% of the rated load (RL). The PTS cell has been designed for weighing tanks, hoppers, belts, platforms, single-cell systems, suspended loads and automatic packaging machines and is usually used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic and metallurgical sectors. The PTS shear beam load cell has a 6-meter shielded 4-conductor cable.

The 65023 shear beam load cell, made of nickel-plated steel and stainless steel, has watertight protection for use in harsh environmental conditions, excellent linearity and precision characteristics and is resistant to 100% side loads. The 65023 shear beam load cell was designed for weighing hoppers and tanks and for the construction of low-profile platforms. The 65023 shear load cell is also available in a special high temperature version. In addition, there are mounting accessories available to facilitate the cell installation: MKX and MH MOUNTING KIT.

MKX ®

MKX ®

MKX is a mounting accessory invented by Pavone Systems, who developed this product thanks to his previous experience and know-how. This is an innovative mechanical system for mounting load cells for industrial weighing systems. The kit can be easily adjusted for both radial and tangential assembly. MKX does not hinder the normal expansion and contraction movements of the weighing structure and it allows the weighing structure to be lifted by itself without the aid of a jack. Furthermore, it is excellent as a template for the assembly mechanics of a weighing system. The MKX accessory stands out from the others because: it is possible to adjust it in height and this allows to reach the perfect flatness, the lower base and the upper base are connected and fixed and this ensures correct installation and perfect perpendicularity, it also works as anti-tilting and finally, it is able to absorb the lateral forces thanks to the ball cup attached to the base of the cell on which the load is unloaded. The mounting kit MKX is available in alloy steel or in stainless steel AISI 304 and can be used with our load cells: 65023 (with capacity 125÷250 kg, 300÷2000 kg, 3000÷5000 kg), 65083 (with capacity 300÷2000 kg and 3000÷5000 kg), SB (with capacity 75÷250 kg), SBR (with capacity 300÷2000 kg, 3000÷5000 kg and 7500÷10000), BBR (with capacity 5÷500 kg) and BBF (with capacity 15÷1500 kg).

MH MOUNTING KIT

MH MOUNTING KIT

MH MOUNTING KIT is an assembly accessory that is easy to assemble and ideal for weighing roller conveyors, platforms, hoppers and tanks. The height of MH MOUNTING KIT can be adjusted in order to obtain in a simple and immediate way the perfect flatness of the system, thanks also to the use of our Tester 1008. The MH MOUNTING KIT is made of passivated zinc steel and it includes the anti-tilting function. The MH MOUNTING KIT accessory is also available in AISI stainless steel version 304 or AISI 316 upon request. MH MOUNTING KIT is compatible with our load cells: 65023 (with capacity 125÷250 kg and 300÷2000 kg), 65083 (with capacity 300÷2000 kg and 3000÷5000 kg), SB (with capacity 75÷250 kg) and SBR (with capacity 300÷2000 kg and 3000÷5000 kg). DDR

The DDR double shear beam load cell made of stainless steel and with fully welded hermetic seal, is suitable for weighing tanks and silos and has a 12 m shielded 6-conductor cable for electrical connection. The DDR cell is easy to install and has a high linearity and low mechanical profile. Furthermore, it is also available in a high temperature version and can be customized.

CC3

The CC3 Compression Load Cell has been designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of industrial weighing applications, it has excellent accuracy and robustness thanks to the stainless steel construction, which guarantees maximum resistance to impacts and overloads. The CC3 load cell can be customized and the user can decide whether to include some options, such as high-temperature version and ATEX or EAC certified versions or not.

PS24

The compression load cell PS24 is made of stainless steel and hermetically sealed. The compression load cell PS24 is easy to install and may be used in several weighing systems, such as tank and silage weighing systems with low profile requirements. As all compression load cells, PS24 is suitable for fixed and perpendicular loads.

CMH

CMH

The CMH compression load cell is made of stainless steel and it guarantees precision, strength and maximum resistance to impacts and overloads. The CMH cell has been specially designed for the industrial weighing of silos, tanks and ladles and it is used mainly in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and steel industries. The product CMH can be customized according to customer needs, for example the compensated temperature range can be extended to -10 ÷ + 90 ° C.
